Ariel Update: CDS
For approximately the last nine months, Ariel has pumped up her volume. While I’ve discovered that the loud vocals are a sign of Hyperthyroidism and hearing loss, I also discovered that it’s an indication of CDS: Cognitive Dysfunction Syndrome. She’s 17 years old, and like humans, cats can suffer from geriatric conditions such as senility. [...]
